Description
Machine for slicing salami, meat, cheese, etc. Structure in light anodized aluminum alloy (die-cast) – fixed plate-ring guard blade protection – removable blade – sail adjustment knob with graduated scale – fixed sharpener with pair of sanders for sharpening the blade. The vertical slicers can be supplied, on request, with meat dish.
